Transnationalism & Cosmopolit

This course deals with contemporary anthropological thinking on the ways local and global flows of peoples, goods and ideas inform cultural practices and identity formation, and how these flows affect processes of intercultural exchange. Key themes to be addressed include: hybridity, migration, belonging, consumption and insurrection. Prerequisites: AN100 or AN101 or AN110 or AN120.
